A striking new exhibition of paintings and photography celebrating portraiture, identity and the figure is now on show till Saturday 22nd July.
Featured artists: Nicola King, Lindy Dunbar, David Turner, Lorraine Harrison and Hugh Ford.
The new exhibition, featuring textiles and glasswork as well as a range of art by the resident artists, had its preview on Saturday 29th April, and will now run from 2nd May through to 3rd June.
The gallery is open, as usual, Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm.
Work is for sale, and an assortment of cards is available in the front hallway.

The gallery’s latest exhibition opens on March 26th and will run till April 22nd.
For this exhibition curator Charlotte Still has invited artists to respond to the theme of Ponds and Water. The exhibition includes work by Judith Alder, Xaverine Bates, Christine Binnie, Nichola Bruce, Glenys Jacques, Emily Johns, Frances Law, Bern O’donaghue, Victoria Threfall, Material Collective and a number of the gallery’s Resident Artists.
The exhibition runs in tandem with other WATERWEEK events.
